Privacy Policy
Last updated May 29, 2026. How we collect, use, and protect your information — and how SMS consent works.
1. Introduction
Digital Rodeo (“Digital Rodeo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website, contact us, or use our digital marketing services.
2. Information We Collect
Personal information you give us
We collect information you voluntarily provide — such as when you submit our contact form, book a call, subscribe to updates, or communicate with us by phone or email. This includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you share about what you’re trying to fix.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we automatically receive standard log data: IP address, browser and device information, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this for analytics and security.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver our services
- To schedule and confirm calls, meetings, and project work
- To send transactional notices related to your account or engagement
- To send marketing communications when you have opted in
- To analyze site usage and improve our services
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers we use to operate the business (e.g. email, SMS delivery, CRM, analytics, hosting), bound by confidentiality.
- Legal authorities when required by law or valid legal process.
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy and Consent
A2P compliance
Digital Rodeo complies with Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and current U.S. carrier requirements.
SMS consent
We require explicit checkbox consent before sending text messages. Transactional and marketing consent are collected separately. Marketing consent is optional and is never a condition of using our services. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.
Types of messages
- Transactional — appointment confirmations, call reminders, project updates, document requests, and account notices.
- Marketing — promotions, offers, educational content, and product updates (opt-in only).
Message frequency
Transactional message volume varies with your active engagement (typically 2–10 per project milestone). Marketing messages are capped at four per month. Non-urgent messages respect 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. local time.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Carrier charges are your responsibility; Digital Rodeo is not responsible for messaging costs imposed by your carrier.
How to opt out
Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message, call us at (918) 520-4492, or email steve@digitalrodeo.agency.
How to get help
Reply HELP or INFO to any message, call (918) 520-4492, or visit digitalrodeo.agency/contact.
SMS data we collect and how we use it
We collect your phone number, consent timestamp, delivery status, opt-out status, and carrier metadata. We use this data only to deliver messages, maintain compliance records, honor opt-outs, improve service, and meet regulatory obligations.
Third-party sharing
Your SMS consent and mobile phone number are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with SMS service providers and carriers strictly to deliver the messages you have consented to, under confidentiality agreements.
SMS data retention
Active consent records are retained for the duration of consent plus four years. Opt-out records are retained permanently. Message logs are retained for three years.
Your SMS privacy rights
You may withdraw consent at any time, request access to your SMS records, correct your mobile number, and request deletion subject to legal retention obligations. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at (918) 520-4492.
Important compliance notes
- Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent — explicit checkbox confirmation is required.
- Transactional and marketing consents are tracked separately.
- Marketing consent is optional and does not block form submission.
- We comply with Do-Not-Call registry requirements and maintain consent records.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage, however, is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, opt out of marketing, or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at (918) 520-4492 or steve@digitalrodeo.agency.
8. Cookies and Tracking
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and measure site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some functionality.
9. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to external services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies; please review them independently.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to This Policy
