The situation
Frito-Lay needed a single internal site giving employees access to product information, nutritional facts, and recipes anchored on the portfolio. The audience was internal — sales, route, and corporate — and the design called for an interactive feel that matched the brand's product packaging.
What we did
- Built the HTML5 front-end from designs supplied by the brand team
- Implemented the interactive recipe drawer, product portfolio, and "facts in a flash" sections
- Wired up a contact-the-snack-aisle-manager flow for internal feedback
- Used Dreamweaver to apply the design across the static HTML deliverable
What happened
The Snacks & Facts portal launched as an internal Frito-Lay employee site, distributed through corporate communications channels.
