The situation
Allergy Clinic of Tulsa has been treating Tulsa families since 1959 — over sixty-five years of allergy, asthma, and immunology care across three locations and hundreds of thousands of patients served. The site, though, didn't reflect the practice. It struggled on mobile, didn't surface well in either traditional or AI-driven search, and didn't make appointment-booking obvious.
Dr. Humble's team also didn't want a separate website project fee bolted on top of an ongoing retainer. They wanted one engagement that handled the rebuild and the ongoing growth work in a single monthly invoice.
What we did
- Rebuilding the site in WordPress with a modern design refresh, mobile-first navigation, tap-to-call, and clear appointment CTAs
- Implementing structured content and schema markup so Google and AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) can surface the practice in direct answers
- Building FAQ content into relevant pages to capture AI-generated results, and aligning titles and meta descriptions with both traditional and AI search behavior
- Embedding physician-produced videos on relevant service pages and connecting the YouTube channel for added visibility and search-freshness signals
- Optimizing the Google Business Profile and running ongoing local search work: service and location focus, internal linking, on-page tune-ups
- Setting up review automation and surfacing testimonials on the site
- Building clean appointment and contact forms with missed-call and form follow-up workflows so no inquiry slips through
