Case study · Allergy & immunology

Sixty-five years of trust, behind a site that hid it.

Allergy Clinic of Tulsa has been treating Tulsa families since 1959. Three locations, hundreds of thousands of patients, and a reputation built one season at a time. The website said none of that quickly enough, and it did not surface where patients now look.

These are practice facts, not campaign results. This engagement is live and no full measurement period has closed yet. The before-and-after gets published on this page once a quarter of data exists, whatever it says.
The practice

Where they started.

Allergy Clinic of Tulsa has treated Tulsa families since 1959. Over sixty-five years of allergy, asthma, and immunology care, across three locations and hundreds of thousands of patients.

The site did not reflect any of that. It struggled on mobile, it did not surface well in either traditional search or the AI answers patients increasingly ask first, and it did not make booking an appointment obvious.

The practice also did not want a separate website project fee bolted on top of an ongoing retainer. They wanted one engagement that covered the rebuild and the ongoing growth work, on a single monthly invoice.

What we built

The work, in plain terms.

01

Rebuilt the site in WordPress: modern design refresh, mobile-first navigation, tap-to-call, and clear appointment calls to action

02

Implemented structured content and schema markup so Google and the AI tools patients ask can surface the practice in direct answers

03

Built FAQ content into the relevant service pages, and aligned titles and descriptions with how people actually search for allergy care

04

Embedded physician-produced video on the service pages and connected the YouTube channel for added visibility

05

Optimized the Google Business Profile and took on the ongoing local search work across all three locations

06

Set up review automation and surfaced patient testimonials on the site

07

Built clean appointment and contact forms, with missed-call and form follow-up so no inquiry goes unanswered

Where it stands

Live, and not yet measured.

The engagement was signed in April 2026 and the build shipped against a six-week target, with profile optimization and the review workflow active inside the first month.

There is no results table on this page yet, and we are not going to invent one. The practice facts above are the practice's own history, not something we produced. What we measure and publish is listed below, and it goes up when a full period closes, whichever direction it moves.

What gets published here

Four figures, each with a source the practice owns. They go up when a full period closes, whichever way they moved.

  • Appointment requests submitted from the site, counted from the form log
  • Calls recovered from the call log, with timestamps the practice can check against its own phone system
  • Map-pack position for allergy and asthma searches across all three locations
  • Reviews added on each location profile, verifiable on the public listing
