The numbers, not the adjectives.

Every client sees the same four figures in a report every 30 days: calls recovered, no-shows cut, reviews added, patients back. This page shows how we count them and what the report looks like. As verified client results come in, they get published here, one practice at a time.

The four numbers

Four figures, each with a source you own.

From the call log

Calls recovered

Every missed call that got a text-back and became a conversation or a booking, with timestamps you can check against your own phone system.

From the calendar

No-shows cut

Your no-show and late-cancel rate, month over month, pulled straight from your own schedule. No sampling and no estimating.

From your Google profile

Reviews added

The public count on your own listing. Anyone can verify it, including you, any day of the month.

From the schedule

Patients back

Lapsed patients rebooked from a sequence you approved. We count appointments that landed, not opens or clicks.

what a first-quarter report can look like

This is the format, filled with example numbers so you can see what you get before you buy. A three-provider clinic's report might read like this. Yours will show your numbers, and nothing goes in that we cannot trace.

23
missed calls recovered, with timestamps
61
lapsed patients rebooked from one sequence
7%
no-show rate, down from 18%
How we count

Every number comes from the call log, the calendar, or the Google profile, so none of it is an estimate. You see the same dashboard we do, every 30 days. Patient identities stay out of reporting entirely. And if the numbers have not moved by day 30, the report says so: we fix the system or we tell you to stop paying us.

Your numbers could be on this page.

The audit takes 10 minutes. The report is yours either way.
