Built on referrals. Invisible to everyone else.

Frost Chiropractic grew the honest way, one referred patient at a time. The problem with referrals is the ceiling: you only reach people who already know somebody who has been in. Everyone else was typing "chiropractor near me" and finding a different clinic.

The practice

Where they started.

A new practice grows on referrals first. It works, right up to the ceiling. The ceiling is the number of people who already know somebody who has been in.

"Before working with Digital Rodeo, we were struggling to be seen on Google," Dr. Frost says. "As a new practice, we were relying solely on referrals to build the practice. While we were successful in this, we knew there was more out there that we could be doing to help grow our practice."

He had already worked the usual list. Facebook ads. Social media. Asking patients for reviews. Some of it helped. None of it fixed the gap. "We knew we were not at our highest potential when it came to securing outside leads via the internet." For an appointment-driven practice, that gap is the whole game. A person with a hurt back searches once and calls whoever they find first.

What we built

The work, in plain terms.

01

Rebuilt the website: fast on a phone, clear about what the practice treats, obvious about how to book

02

Structured the site so Google and the AI assistants patients now ask can read the practice correctly and quote it in answers

03

Tuned the Google Business Profile and the local signals behind "chiropractor near me" so the practice surfaces past its own front door

04

Set up Google Local Services Ads, which put the practice above the map pack for nearby searches and brought in visits on their own

05

Ran paid support and retargeting to reach people already searching in the area

What happened

In the practice's own words.

Dr. Frost watches views across every platform the practice shows up on. Before Digital Rodeo, that ran about 350 a month. "Since working with them, we are seeing nearly double the views and have had a great increase in new patients via Google."

The search position moved with it. "We were low on the totem pole for 'chiropractor near me' searches," he says. "We now are ranking much higher and more people are finding us on the internet." The two most recent months were records for the practice, in patients seen and in new patients both.

What mattered most to him was simpler than any of the numbers: being seen on Google, and the phone ringing for patient activity. "Overall I would say this has increased greatly and is only getting better the more we do with Digital Rodeo." The part he did not expect was the speed. "How quickly things began to take off after signing up."

This is not your typical marketing team. They are going to pull your current numbers, look over your website and business profile and then show you what the potential could be if you change just a few things.
